Pastor Kate Bailey

Kate Bailey is a public health consultant, strategist, and ministry leader who believes in courageous leadership. She is passionate about helping communities move beyond good intentions to create real, lasting change. As Founder and CEO of Emerald Health Partners, she leads a national consulting firm that helps local governments, nonprofits, and universities bring bold ideas to life through strategic planning, grant writing, and implementation support. Her work has helped organizations secure millions in federal, state, and foundation funding to strengthen public health, behavioral health, workforce, and youth development initiatives.

In addition to her professional work, Kate has served as the Director of Children’s Ministry at Renaissance City Church in Massachusetts since its founding in 2019, where she leads programs that help children grow in their faith and discover their God-given purpose. In 2025, she was ordained as a Children’s Pastor with Community Christian Fellowship International (CCFI).

Kate has also been deeply involved with Somebody Cares New England, a nonprofit serving youth and families in the Merrimack Valley, where she has volunteered since 2012 and served on the board since 2018.

She holds a Master of Public Health from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Gordon College, where she graduated magna cum laude. She and her husband, Alan, live in Haverhill, Massachusetts, with their four children—Simon, Sophie, Shaelyn, and Samuel.

Pastor Evelyn Penn

Pastor Evelyn Penn has faithfully served alongside her husband in addressing the diverse challenges facing today’s postmodern society within a multigenerational, multiethnic congregation. For more than 20 years, she has been devoted to teaching and mentoring young prophetic dancers, as well as equipping women to embrace their God-given roles and callings.

Above all, Pastor Evelyn considers her greatest joy and blessing to be serving her family and partnering in ministry with her beloved husband, Pastor Eliott. Together, they joyfully and humbly serve the vibrant and loving family of New Life Christian Center.

Pastor Marlene Yeo

Marlene J. Yeo describes herself as an ordinary girl serving an extraordinary God. A devoted leader, intercessor, and visionary, she has pioneered four churches and three nonprofit ministries, impacting lives locally and globally. Her deepest desire is simply to be remembered as a lover of God.

She is the Founder and Executive Director of Somebody Cares New England (since 2002) and the Founder and President of He Cares for Me (HCFM) (2015), a ministry of healing and deliverance for the soul, the church, and the land. Under HCFM, she established the Haverhill Tower of Prayer, an intercessory hub reaching from her city to the nations.

An ordained pastor under Community Christian Fellowship International. Marlene carries a prophetic mandate for the New England Center for the Arts (NECA), where she serves on the Board of Directors. NECA teaches truth, builds technique, and inspires a generation to transcend limits in creative expression for the glory of God’s Kingdom.

She also serves as New England Regional Director for Journey to Transformation Discovery Weekends with George Otis Jr. and The Sentinel Group, a global ministry dedicated to community transformation through prayer and repentance.

In 2023, Marlene launched Transformation Leadership Coaching, a one-year program equipping leaders to live, love, and lead well in their homes, churches, and communities.
