What's this COURSE ABOUT?

This leadership course equips leaders with skills that enable them to function optimally in their office and calling while maximizing their purpose. It offers a clear understanding of leadership traits and methods, grounded in a Christ-centered approach. Participants will learn how the foundation of our faith connects with contemporary themes in leadership to deliver highly effective and thriving teams.

Course Objectives

  At the end of this course the participants will be able to, 

​

  • Learn to lead like Christ & understand the thrust of Christian leadership (Foundations & essentials of Godly leadership).

  • Understand Transformational Leadership & the spectrum of Leadership traits, the team & specialized results. 

  • Explore the hearts, hands & hook mechanism in Godly leadership (S.W.O.T). 

  • Understand Leadership Agility & Continuous Improvement. 

  • Explain Leadership laws that matter (The Reflection Principle & The Habits of the Effective). 

  • Use the fruitfulness Matrix (Between vision, strategy, process, & action for multiplication and intentional replication). 

Capstone Project

During our final session, participants will be expected to present a final capstone project based on what they have learnt over the course using a case study they prefer. You are at liberty to choose the format of presentation, and this could be but not limited to videos, podcasts / audio recordings or PowerPoint presentations.

Certificate of Completion

A Certificate of Completion will be awarded to participants who have completed the course work and have not missed more than one class.

WHAT TO BRING: Bible and notebook. Water and granola bars will be available, but fee free to bring your own snack.
